Mom Testimonial Program

Tell us your story!

AstraZeneca, the makers of PULMICORT RESPULES, is committed to providing an asthma network for parents and caregivers. We want moms and caregivers, such as yourself, to share how you manage your child’s asthma on a daily basis, what challenges you face, and how you help your child control his or her asthma.

Your story will offer a view into the everyday challenges you have as a caregiver. If you would like to share your story and your child is aged 12 months to 8 years and is currently taking PULMICORT RESPULES, please sign up below. After you sign up, an AstraZeneca representative may contact you to speak about your story. Please note that because of the high volume of responses only eligible moms will be contacted for participation.

Please confirm that the information listed below is accurate. If not, please update it for us to ensure we are able to contact you.

PULMICORT RESPULES, an inhaled corticosteroid, is not a quick-relief medication and should NOT be used to treat an acute (sudden) asthma attack.
